For a large construction client, I created a competency profile for a range of roles spanning administrative assistant through senior project manager. The profile document included competencies (skills, behaviors, and mindsets) as well as the responsibility levels for each role. 

The document is used for different purposes including career pathing and advancement, training and professional development, and performance management.
