My career in the learning industry spans more than 20 years, starting in public education and the college level, and later in corporate learning and development.  I have deep expertise in adult learning principles and practices, learner assessment, training evaluation, learning technology, and instructional design processes such as ADDIE and SAM.  I successfully led a high school staff, a team of instructional coaches, and a team in a large corporate setting.  I am a transformative coach.
